Assertiveness and Confidence Building Skills Workshops On our workshops you will learn: ~The EFT tapping procedure and how EFT can help The different types of behaviour There are three main types of behaviour during the course we will go into more detail, here is a summary..... Passive behaviour refers to feelings of self pity, saying sorry too much, being overly shy and putting others' needs first. Initially you may feel like a matyr and receive praise from others. In the long term being too passive can lead to stress, resentment and frustration. Your assertive rights You have to express your feelings and the right to be able to say 'yes' or 'no' for yourself. You will learn the top ten assertive rights. How assertive are you? Take your power back Who do you give your power away to and how does it feel when you lose that power? You will learn how to take your power back by looking at those situations when you give it away. A little positivity each day can make a real difference In week two of the course we introduce our '21 day assertiveness technique'. Experts believe it takes 21 days for a new habit to form so for 21 days you will use this technque at home for just 10 minutes a day. It is a wonderful confidence building tool where you'll be shown the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping points and other positive thinking tools. For more details please call John on

It took me a long time not to judge myself through someone else's eyes. It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not. If you hear a voice within you say "you cannot paint," then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced. Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson If you really put a small value upon yourself, rest assured that the world will not raise your price. Other people's opinion of you does not have to become your reality.
