Shoulder pain - Hilary, Brighton

 Hilary said that she was suffering from shoulder pain. She said that the pain restricted her movement. She had had the pain on and off for a few years and today it felt worse than ever.

We applied EFT to the pain she was feeling – she was specific and located the exact place where the pain was most intense. She and how it felt giving it a shape and a colour and a texture.

After one round she said that the pain had reduced significantly. We tapped for the remainder of the pain and she said that it had gone. She was able to move her arm freely without feeling the pain.

She was surprised at how quickly EFT had worked and said that she felt a lot better in herself.

Shoulder pain - Kayleigh, Brighton

Kayleigh said that she had a pain in her right shoulder. She’d had the pain for a long time and massage had helped it for a while but it kept coming back.

We did a round of EFT tapping and the pain, which had been quite severe, was gone. She was very surprised at how quickly EFT had worked. Then she said she had a pain in her neck.

We tapped on the pain in her neck and she said it had moved again, this time to her head and she said she had a headache. We tapped on the headache and she said it was much better.

I asked Kayleigh if the headache had gone and she said some of it was still there. We tapped for a further two rounds and managed to reduce the headache quite significantly.

Update - 24/06/08

Kayleigh told me that she had felt so much better after the EFT session. She said that the shoulder pain which she’d had for years hadn’t returned.
