Mobility problems - Mrs Brown, steyning

Mrs Brown said that she feels the damp in her legs when the weather is wet. I asked her if she felt it now (it was a wet day) and she said that it was in her right leg – mainly in her right knee. We applied EFT to ' the damp feeling' in her right knee.

She said that she felt lonely. We tapped on feeling lonely.

She said that since her husband had died she sometimes found it difficult to move ahead with life and she missed him.

We tapped on the fact that her legs held her back from moving forward and that maybe it was linked to the thought that she found it difficult to move ahead after the loss of her husband.

Mrs Brown said that she felt slightly annoyed at not being to do the things she had done in the past. We tapped on this annoyance and she said that the feeling had grown. I asked her if anyone in her life had held her back in the past and she said that her mother had.

She said that she felt sensations in her right knee after we tapped on her mother holding her back. We tapped on these sensations. I asked her if she could remember a specific event when she thought her mother had held her back. She said she could and we made it into a short movie lasting one minute, applying EFT s she narated what happened in the movie.

After we’d tapped she said that she still felt annoyed and that there were a lot of ‘annoying’ memories stored up from the past.

We talked a little more about Mrs Brown’s mother. Mrs Brown said that she had noticed that she wasn’t feeling as depressed as she once was.

She was able to walk better after the session.
